Civil court is no place to allege criminal conduct, which you did, unless you have strong back up for using the term. 

Yes, a solicitor turned up who wasn't very confident and unhappy with Gs case. He mentioned that a lot of the cases he represents for them are dismissed before we entered the room, ha! Was a pleasant chap too, clearly not from Gs themselves...
Gs have given us missed calls both yesterday and today-would this be to organise payment of the costs to us? We haven't answered their calls yet as I wanted to check first.

I disagree and agree with judge when she said  "totally unacceptable way for a professional solicitor firm to operate since they know the rules"

Total unacceptable .......  AGREED ..... Totally incompetence is the word for Gladstones

A professional solicitor ...... DISAGREE ..... Gladstones have not earned the right to be called professionals, they are a disgrace to real solicitors and the SRA

I would answe teh call. You want this paid and you have nothing to fear from their calls.

Okay, will call them back then, thanks. For the record I have never feared their calls, just saw them as a nuisance!

They called again and asked for bank details. Not sure when they'll pay, likely as close to the deadline as possible I'd imagine. Will keep you posted.
