Sorry for not adding all the info requested. It was not deliberate. Also thanks for highlighting the company Symbio - It never came up on any searches I have done. They are def cheaper!!
BTW I am in Norfolk.... so that would be eastern region.
So slightly dearer than London, but not by much 
I've emailed them to see if they will charge the same rate for both night and day. Save changing the meter and chucking more plastic into a hole. :cool:
