Update on my Bankruptcy application;
I submitted on the 14th August however there have been a few back and forth emails asking for clarification with info. They give you a week to reply to an email and for me at least, even though I replied that day or the next day, they don't appear to look in to it until after that week.
On the 4th September my "Application Status" changed to "Being considered" however what is strange is that my submission date also changed to 4th September. I presume that may be that they feel the true submission date is when they received all required info? I really hope I don't have to wait another 28 days to find out. Every email that comes in I hope is the Bankruptcy being approved, and I'm getting more anxious about it.

We did everything to safeguard employee interests above all others. That included putting every penny we personally had and not taking a wage. By the time we had to call time on the business we had nothing left.
Believe me we were left in a far worse position than any of the employees and I put a lot of time into sorting them out with new jobs to make sure they were ok.
The former employees I was referring to are ones that had left a while before then so no were not affected by the business closure. Just nasty people who would gleefully pick over anyone else's misfortunes. You get a small number of those in every walk of life.
