Car Written off Then I moved House
Comments
-
I didn't make a claim on my own insurance, i was pushed sideways down the motorway and spun around and the lorry drivers insurance admitted liability.
Now i have to pay the full 10 months and have my insurance cancelled as i moved house after the crash, even though my car was written off and was never and will never be registered there.
So you claimed directly from the third party’s insurer?
If you never made a claim on your policy, then I don’t understand why your insurer is asking for the remaining 10mths of the premium.0
