Plusnet BT Sport package - price doubled

I started what I thought was a great 18-month deal last October - discounted BB for £6 pm, plus BT Sport at £2.50 for 6 months and £5 pm after that. Saved more money by doing the LRS.
I'm pleased in a way that this has come before October as I would probably have renewed the LRS for another 12 months. So my plan is:
17/9 - accept the increase.
18/10 - don't do LRS and just pay monthly.
17/4/20 - contract ends - research what to do.
From then till the CL final, watch the matches I want to watch in the pub, as I did before starting with Plusnet. I expect that my team could/will be involved in the tail end of the CL, so I'll simply accept being slightly less comfortable in the pub.
This is a big increase and Plusnet will have lost a great deal of goodwill in the process.0
