Netflix on Sky

If I upgrade my sky subscription (currently Sky+ Ent) to Sky Q with Entertainment would that include Netflix? Been reading about it and getting rather confused whether I need 'ultmate on Demand' to get netflix. Their website says that this is an additional cost of £12 whereas NF sub is only £7.99.

Netflix is a separate charge but it works out slightly cheaper if you bundle it with your SkyQ package than getting it directly from Netflix.
The £12 extra is usually for the extra box that works in the same way as Multiroom, only without any wires or a need to connect a phone lline.0 -

The £12 for Ultimate On Demand includes the Boxsets add-on which is an additional £5 standalone, so Netflix would cost you £7 rather than £8.99 (not £7.99, it went up)0 -
Thank you for your replies, but I'm still not clear. What I'd like to know is, whether Netflix is available without the Ultimate on Demand subscription, as I do not want the Boxsets add-on. If we go ahead with it, I just want the Entertainment bundle on Sky Q with the mini box which Neil Jones is referring to above as the multi-room.
Would this give me Netflix included in the package as sky says that NF is available with Sky Q but they don't say if I need to pay any extra for itBefore doing something... do nothing0 -
I have read through all the sky adverts and info and you either just watch your existing Netflix account through the Sky Q app OR you subscribe to Ultimate on Demand. So I would say the answer to your question is NO.0

I read through probably the same info as you did, and I'm not clear about what they say. On one hand, they seem to imply that Netflix is available with sky Q and as you read further, they say that you need ultimate on demand to get netflix. Very confusing, but many thanks for your help. Before doing something... do nothing0 -

@alfie1950 is correct (I thought it was obvious to be honest).
You either pay £12 for Ultimate On Demand to Sky (which includes the Boxsets add-on) or you pay Netflix £8.99 for the standard package(which is what you get with UoD from Sky).
Of course Sky may be negotiable on the £12, I grabbed the short term deal they had a month back and am paying just £3 for UoD for 12 months so it's worth asking.0 -
Colin - thank you for your reply... not quite as obvious to me. I read through the FAQ's on sky - one of the questions is ' Can I watch netflix on sky Q without UOD? The answer is 'YES you sign in with your netflix account on your sky Q box.'
This is totally misleading. What they mean is that you are accessing netflix through your own and separate subscription for netflix. I see that now, thanks to your explanations. Before doing something... do nothing0 -

That's not misleading in the least.0
