Asking for a friend - Can you pay £100 a month into a Vanguard life strategy (ISA) account, and also a Cash ISA with another provider in the same year - as long as they don’t go over the £20,000 limit per year

Yes assuming that is collectively across the 2 ISAs. E.g the £20,000 is split £1,200 (12 * £100) to the S&S ISA at Vanguard Investor and up to £18,800 (£20,000 - £1,200) into a cash ISA0
