DCBL are trying to scam you with a fake £70

Interesting that Parking Eye have used DCBL TO SCAM YOU
when they normally take such cases to court themselves and to date, do not add the fake amount because POFA2012 states ...
"This additional charge is not recoverable under the protection of freedoms act 2012, Schedule 4"

So, as it's a debt crawler letter you can ignore. Normally when PE use a third party, it is a last ditch attempt as they are uncertain about the case and do no more

If PE did take it court and added the fake £70 then it would make a mockery of the Supreme Court case ... Beavis v Parking Eye ??

The Beavis case has nothing to do with you.

Anyways if they did include the £70 it would fall into the slippery slope of the dodgy legals who infest the motorist
