It is really not, as can be seen from all the successes posted on the SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCS thread, one if the very first links in the NEWBIES sticky thread.jcarver007 wrote: »Yes I did see what was mentioned earlier. However without a receipt I would imagine it would be fairly difficult.
Far far easier to get a PCN cancelled by a retailer (if this was a retail park?) than having to fight P/Eye in court, which is your next stage if you don't get this cancelled sharpish.
What are you going to email to P/Eye's enforcement team and the retailer?
The NEWBIES thread post #2 does tell you to contact P/Eye by email when you get a LBCCC, to plead your case like a last gasp appeal, as they CAN cancel it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You won't know until they reply, hence why you have been told to complain to the landowner, this is your best chance of getting rid of your PCN
A SAR only gets your data, nothing more
The popla appeal will probably be refused due to late delivery
Let me be blunt
If you fail to get a landowner cancellation it is highly likely that parking eye will issue a court claim, which you will find stressful and time consuming, is that what you really want ? (Rhetorical question)0 -
There is little chance of getting the landlord to cancel without proof of payment
How do you know that? Few people keep parking tickets, I certainly do not.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
This OP should be an expert on private parking tickets, I wouldn't bother any more, you can take a horse to water etc etc:

We could provide an explanation of what an exclamation mark is.Thankyou for all the explanation marks!!!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Not all parking fines or situations are the same. If your response is one of looking into previous posts and being critical, then why bother commenting? I would suggest in future ignoring posts by others incase it gets you irate.0 -

I'm not irate but I notice that you do berate others for posts that YOU don't agree with, and you also appear to be a serial PCN collector then expect magic solutions and input from a busy regulars to bail you out, even though you don't seem to be able to get your self in order.
You should also have gleaned from all your heavy (or not) research on here that the [STRIKE]"fines"[/STRIKE] charges you refer to are basically treated in a similar way
Thanks have a good day!! (exclamation marks for your amusement).0
