They may have no bye-law car parks in their estate but they have a management division that manages car parks for TOC's and London Underground.

Coupon-mad yes, unfortunately they have sent me a paper copy of the email that they supposedly sent to me in response to my appeal.

I've also lodged a comlaint with the BPA And their response was as follows:

At the BPA, we don’t have the means to determine if correspondence has, or has not, been sent or received by either party, so we can’t become involved in discussions about lost correspondence.



However, we would expect NCP to be able to provide you with copies of the correspondence that they have sent you.

You really cannot expect more from this defunct outfit.

They claim they are driving standards up .... such a joke

The BPA are only interested in membership fee, nothing else
