Britania is a parking company, Whos car park was it?
Where is this car park?
You should be looking at a claim against the car park owner over the actions of their agents, britania
Who's car park was it? Do you know ?From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
I know where the car park is - but we havent ever used jt. The time the incident was supposed to have happened was when we were both 20 miles away from it so i assumed it was just someone trying to get money. How would we go about making a claim against the company?0

You need to address the ccj.first
Amongst the letters you have ignored there will have been letters advising you of a court claim (from the parking company solicitors) and correspondence from the court with a claim form as well as other legal notes0 -
But we weren’t there! so it was a scam!
Perhaps, perhaps not. It could have been a genuine mistake, and, as you chose not to tell your story in front of a judge, whether it was or not is of little consequence.
If you ignore court papers you lose, it is that simple. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
For the second time did you get the forms from the court? Please answer yes or no.0

I thought I had answered - no forms
no0 -

It’s really confusing when all people say is ignore these firms even if you do park illegally but we werent even there
Sorry but you are talking tripe!
Does every mistake made equal a scam?
Who are these "all people" that have told you to ignore "these firms"?
This forum is littered with examples of the failings of ANPR technology, unfortunately when it happens you need to play the system to defend the claim, not listen to some idiot that says ignore it it will go away.0 -

If you genuinely didn't get the forms then you can apply for a set aside. Is the address on your V5c correct? Please check carefully don't assume or guess.0 -

What about letters?
You would get letters from the claimants legal team ( with forms enclosed) as well as the letter/claim from Court.
Have you recently moved?
Was the judgement letter from the court correctly addressed?0 -
We had letters - i need to double check but no forms else Id have realised and sent them back. What would you advise doing now? I need to seek legal advice i’m guessing but any advise on that?0
