Going on holiday in November and need $Dollars to exchange when I get there. Should I buy dollars now or wait till November?

Crystal ball time. No one can possibly know, I expect it depends if we end up with a no deal Brexit. I've just bought some Euros for my holiday next week, exchange rate has dropped from 1.10€ to 1.07€ in the last week.0
