e2save - didnt recieve memory card

Took out a deal over the phone, online it says free 1gb mem card, however it didnt come with one, where are they usually in the pack and what do I do if its not there?

    It's not already in the phone is it? I've had phone where they come seperate in the box, and where they're already in the phone itself.
