Problem is that you will get peoples opinions that vary and more often than not do not agree with the one posters own opinion that is rigidly held .
Next step is poster starts getting the hump with those that disagree .
Next step deletes all posts and goes away as forum fails to agree with OPs viewpoint .
OP basically you require proper legal advice if you want to proceed further .0 -
More usually they carry on arguing the world should be different to how it is and anything said to the contrary can be brushed off for a few more pages and days yet.0

My advice would be you're lucky to get the £100 offer, as very clearly the sim was on a one month rolling deal, so take the money and in future look at your bills0
