EON poor service

Can anyone provide a contact with EON that I can speak to or email direct. I have called and was told someone would call me yesterday regarding my issues but no one did. I have had DD taken out that I requested were lowered and also my reading for my Gas is wrong . Trying to communicate with them over the last 10 months has been a nightmare.
