ok i have now requested username to be changed.

Can someone just let me know if i (the keeper) need to include my name and postal address on the first stage appeal?

The NEWBIES tells you immediately underneath the appeal template in blue text,

THE NAME AND POSTAL ADDRESS OF THE KEEPER (OR THE HIRER/LESSEE) GOES HERE.

How else will they know who the appeal is from?
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D
    All my screwdrivers are cordless.

  • I have now received my appeal response asking to confirm the driver's full name and address in order to 'assist with their decision making'. In my first stage appeal i have already said "There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn".
Today is day 57 (15/07/19-10/19/19) since the incident and no NTK has been received.

Should i just ignore their request and wait for their decision and POPLA code? or write back stating there will be no admissions as to who was driving again?
Then, between now and when i receive a POPLA code just wait and see if an NTK turns up dated within the 57 day time frame?

That's exactly what you should do.
