I have just moved house and I have had trouble setting up broadband.
Initially I asked plus net my old supplier to switch they said on the phone they could do it 7 days earlier than anyone else. A lie...when I had my confirmation email it said the same as the others were quoting! They were more expensive so I cancelled. A long story cut short after a cancellation by vodafone i went with shell.
Yesterday plusnet setup the line on my house but I have had cancellation emails. I still have an appointment booked with shell on the 13th . What are my options? I really need broadband asap.
If I decide to wait till the 13th will that cause problems? I do not want another line cancellation.
Or I could ring plusnet up because there price looks okay for new customers.

Maybe you could buy a mobile dongle, I was waiting over a week, when one stupid company put a cease order on my line and another company had to get a new line.0
