    Yes it was buy now pay later and just to say I paid cash every month at Topman store to pay the credit off!

    An initial phone call enquiry will provide an immediate response, an online enquiry will not. This late in the day, I'd say that was of paramount importance..

    I think the point was that phone calls can't always be relied on to be 'documented' emails and letters can be so easily.

    E-Mails can be just as easily ignored and letters can be lost. Remember, I'm only referring to enquiries, not complaints. A telephone enquiry will have an immediate response (well, after waiting in a queue to answered ;) ) while the other portals can take weeks-a luxury no longer available given the deadline looming...
