    Agreed that the evidence of payments are not evidence of PPI. However, using the same evidence to other lenders, that have found PPI details and made payment to me.

    What other lenders have found doesn't help you though.
    I have couple of bank statements showing payments with a reference but the bank are not able to find my details from this reference
    You need to find more details as they appear to have none.

    It doesn't matter what other lenders find. They lender you want to complain to has no records.
    Everyone has their own data detention policy in line with whatever the FSA recommend, which is six years or as long as necessary.
    They have destroyed your records, you haven't kept any , your complaint is over.
