Unknown payments taken from my bank account

Hi Everyone,
Today I've checked my current account transactions and found three contactless payments labelled as
IZ* TF TEAM All three payments were made within an hour on the same date and initially my bank told me it was a graphics company - I have no memory of making these, no receipts for them (I always ask for one even when paying contactlessly) and I haven't used a graphics company. They aren't for huge amounts but my bank tell me that because of this they don't consider it to be fraud and they won't take my concerns any further. They did say that the IZ* bit refers to the type of payment machine used which doesn't give receipts. I've Googled the name TF TEAM and can only find references to gaming which I don't use.
Can anyone advise me which way to solve this please?
Thank You.
Dawn

How much?
In what time periods?0 -
Long shot - do you have a child and do they enjoy playing Team Fortress 2 online (either on Xbox, PC or Playstation I guess)....?
EDIT - You really need to be firmer with your bank. It sounds like you were completely fobbed off; you need to get some more details. They WILL know exactly what these payments are.0 -
The payments were £7:60, £8:99 & £15:70 all taken between 11am and 12midday on the same date (13th July)0

No my kids are grown up and have their own families now there's only me and my bank card is allways with me or securely stored.
I did tell the fraud dept at the bank that I wasn't happy with their reply they just kept repeating that the small amounts made it unlikely to be fraud.....0 -
Thanks Gary I'll do that

Quick update - my Son has just identified the payments for me - it's a local art gallery/cafe - he was even there with me at the time! It just goes to show how easy it is to lose track without receipts; normally I'd have them and wouldn't have had all the angst.
Thank You for the support.

It is often the case that you have to make multiple payments with contactless in cafe's etc - ie order your main meal then decide to have a dessert. Or in one case where the place was giving discounts on drinks but not food so you had to make two separate payments. Easy to lose track as you say and unless you ask the bank you don't normally know the exact times, only a date a couple of days after you make the payments appear on your statements - and for them to appear under a name totally different from where you think you used them. Glad you got it sorted though.0
