Cashplus fraud issue help needed

Hi all. I’ve had a Cashplus account for a long time now and had no issues, until last weekend when I noticed a big reduction in my balance £900 to be exact, someone from Russia had my card details and made 53 transactions totalling over £900 over 6 days, 23 transactions in one day with nothing raised from Cashplus to stop these, I blocked the card immediately and had to wait until today to complain about this. In the meantime I’ve tried contacting the ceo, no joy there, I’ve had multiple twitter responses saying they have had the same. Cashplus tells me they will be in touch in 48hrs but I don’t hold my breath, I’ve spoken to the financial ombudsman for advice also.
Has anyone had any success in dealing with Cashplus for similar issues.
One question I want to ask is as it’s a MasterCard can I do a chargeback on it.
Should I consider a small claims court to resolve it.
Any advice would be much appreciated
Regards

Sorry but this reads like a troll post.0

Probably best to stay focused rather than lashing out in all directions (complaint, CEO, Twitter, FOS, chargeback, small claims) - they'll have a standard process for unauthorised transactions which it sounds like you've already invoked, but, as with any other institution, they should abide by the FCA guidance:In most cases the bank must refund the payment without undue delay and by the end of the business day following the day on which it became aware of the problem, unless it has reasonable grounds for suspecting that you have acted fraudulently.0

Assuming this is a genuine post then the procedure is as follows
first of all you contact Cashplus and tell them they are unauthorised ransactions and ask them to refund the money
then you wait you don't go contacting anybody else just wait
when they get back to you, if they have not refunded the money then you raise a formal complaint with them. make sure you tell them it is a formal complaint. they have a number of weeks to reply I believe 6
again you don't do anything else you wait for their reply
if their reply comes and they won't refund the money then you ask for a Deadlock letter and then you can complain to the fos.
Dashing off in all directions is pointless just follow the procedure0 -
Just because the alleged transactions allegedly took place in Russia doesn't mean the alleged person who allegedly made them is actually in Russia - allegedly.
What did the Financial Ombudsman say when you allegedly contacted them?0 -
