Definitely try. I think especially if you explain you have debt and if you've been with them a while. I had been paying for so much data, minutes etc that I never used! Good luck, hope they help you out. Even a £5pm off will be something.Total Debt @ LBM: £26,380.49

Update for today
Withdrew £6.75 from Surveys today, paid £6 to MBNA, and the 0.75 to my account where i move all the odd pence from my account to.
I have £5.07 now in the account where i move the small amounts from my bank account too!
MBNA is now down to £1,863.46, so £363.46 left to get to my first target lf £1,500.
Feeling positive!Total remaining debt: 0

Finally some good news my refund from Ticketmaster for a cancelled concert has been credited to the credit card i paid with.
Downside i have to wait up to 3 weeks for it to be sent to my bank account
But that is £92 to come back, i will be paying half to MBNA when it comes through and half to savings.
I also have a refund for a cancelled holiday to come through of £400 but not certain when that will be.
12 days till paydayI will then be able to pay £277.64 to my credit card, i know thats an odd number but that was my exact loan payment, and since paying it off i use that for my credit card every single month without fail!
Slow on the Survey front today but i will keep checking.
Also not giving in to doing a food shop yet, I am trying to use up as much in the house as possible to save some money!Total remaining debt: 0

Great news! Refunds have been so hit and miss throughout this haven't they?! I am still waiting on £220 for flights with easyjet and no idea on when that will come back?!
Did you manage to speak to O2 about your phone contract monthly amount?
I have also been doing that with food shops - definitely testing the old ready, steady, cook creativity! Although thankfully you can almost have anything in a pasta sauce!Total Debt @ LBM: £26,380.49- Total debt: £2,500

@FOMO_overspender Yeah refunds are taking a long time, i understand they have a lot to get through but its hard when your on a debt paying mission and could do with the money!
I tried to get hold of them a couple of times today but no joy yet, i will keep trying though!
Yes your right you can almost have anything in a pasta sauceHoping to put my food shop off until Monday, but we really are running low now.

Might be worth trying via a live chat on the app, if there is that option? Also sometimes easier to haggle when you are typing it!! Keyboard warrior and all that lol!Total Debt @ LBM: £26,380.49

So I thought I finally had a reason for an update
My refund of £92.90 came through from my cancelled concert so I have paid half to MBNA, and half into my savings.
This will bring my credit card balance to £1,817.01 which I am really happy with, hoping to have some money left before payday to be able to bring this into the £1700's.
I had to take £40 from my savings for anniversary gifts for my husband, as its our first one I wanted it to be as special as it can within the current circumstances. However I did not borrow like I previously would have so I am really happy.
The £46.45 paid back in to savings from the concert refund puts me back to £1045 in my emergency fund so I am happy.
Under 1 week till payday now, and I can pay £277.64 to the credit card, and add £300 to my emergency fund. I have been doing this monthly since I cleared my loan in March, because this way I am clearing my debt but also saving up for events like Christmas and any emergencies that may happen and then as that builds up I will pay some to my credit card too.
£400 still to come back from my cancelled holiday, so I will be able to clear a lot of my credit card.
