Does the 2nd page say when your evidence is due (is it 21 or 14 days before the hearing?).

Ladies, I have gone through the WS and indeed it looks like a very similar case. Not sure where exactly @SoJacob was stopped when photographed and that would help me give a better advice. Anyway, what judge found very significant in my case is that Claimant provided photographic evidence that:
a) shows red and yellow lines on the road while they claim that everything under red lines is covered by 'the contract'. I was stopped on yellow lines part of the road.
b) provides printouts of signs that I know for sure one of them does not exist but do not provide the picture of the sign on the airport. I claimed and provided photos from google street view showing there is no 'bus stop' sign at all and no driver facing 'no stopping' sign on the stretch of road where I was photographed - proof of entrapment scheme by VCS.
c) is showing certain signs without context where they are and when they were erected. As author of VCS WS was not present judge decided that he cannot trust VCS evidence but rather trust mine as I was present and happy to be cross-examined.

If you already have VCS WS it would be useful to see it and I could point out what parts are weak and what to attack.

No, one was a bus stop but one of your stops was not at double reds.  It was in an entrance where the parking isn't operated by VCS.

I was in touch with my ex-MP, Sir David Ames, who sadly got killed. He was really supportive and agreed to look into the matter of the drop off point for the public. Southend airport had a free drop off point nearer to the railway station. However, now they have a free drop off point which is about 10 minutes' walk. You have a shopping centre's free parking. It is even. It's closer. The parking, which was free of charge for dropping (I believe it is about 10 minutes), is now £5 for 0-10 minutes. They claim they made these changes to control the busy traffic. But I have been to Southend airport at various times (including different times of the day and seasons-peak and offpeak). I had not noticed such a busy environment and the parks were pretty empty. 

I wrote to the council about a possible e-petition for the public to vote. I am not sure if this can be taken to court.

I think start to word it based on what you've read on other VCS threads about the claim that the byelaws are obsolete, and show us, and we'll adapt it to suit.  We rarely write stuff from scratch.

Thank you. I will do this hopefully by end of today. 

I met our MP on Saturday and I informed her regards to the issue with Southend Airport. She agreed with the concern and she agreed to look into this.

I found this from the forum- Can I adapt this and I can add the byelaw of southend aiport as evidence but any other evidence I should be attaching for the below statement? 

Where the claimant states: "Airport byelaws are not currently in use. The last set of byelaws relates to the old airport site and is consequently regarded as obsolete by the airport company. The access roads are therefore private."

I refute the above claim as this is irrelevant. The claimant cannot choose to ignore a piece of legislation because it is outdated or inconvenient. These laws do exist, and VCS cannot make use of keeper liability facility provided by Prosecutors of Freedoms Act
