Thanks again.
I'll diary day 26 and proceed as advised.0 -
If this is a pay + display car park then the bays for "mother + babies (??)"
won't mean they can park free0 -
Hi, Its a FREE parking area, with a few Blue badge and mother/baby bays closest to the shops.
No pay and display.0 -
Hi all,
I'm pleased to confirm that the retail park management has cancelled the ticket, stating UKPC "issued it in error"
Whatever, That's £100-00 saved.
Thanks to everyone that gave advice.0 -

As an aside, isn't it ironic that they would have pursued this despite the 1/I error on the NtD. Yet PPCs don't "allow" such errors when inputting VRN details into P&D machines?0 -
If you want £100 send them an invoice for your time. After all their PCN was totally devoid of any merit.
When they ignore it send the a letter before claim.
