    I've been with them 4 months, I was with talk talk previously and had no issues with change of speed etc for what I need it for it's fine. I totally agree if people are huge gamers downloading a lot etc then they'd want a decent broadband but for what the OP is asking for sounds like she needs it less than me (with a son who is a big gamer) I'm happy with it especially the price
