How long have you been with them, who were you previously with and has there been any change in the speed you get between old and new supplier?

I've been with them 4 months, I was with talk talk previously and had no issues with change of speed etc for what I need it for it's fine. I totally agree if people are huge gamers downloading a lot etc then they'd want a decent broadband but for what the OP is asking for sounds like she needs it less than me (with a son who is a big gamer) I'm happy with it especially the price
