Another Premier Park charge

Hello all, posted on some one else’s thread so I have now started my own

Hello,I have received one of these claim forms and it’s dated 2015,but as I haven’t visited berry head since I struggled with the hill the last time back in 2012 it must have been driven by friends or family,it’s used a lot for fishing trips and all users will have paid for parking and any damage to the vehicle as I cannot afford to cover these.
I have done the acknowledgement and have now finally done the defence,I am shocked to see how predatory this Premier Parking is and would it be beneficial to add the various bits of info to my defence before I send it off
Such as the recinding of the council in April 2016
No permission for erecting the camera etc

What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?

Did it come from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton, or from somewhere else?

You mention both Premier Park and Premier Parking.
What is the exact name of the Claimant on your Claim Form?

Post your Defence here for review before filing it if you wish.
  • It’s from BW legal on behalf of Premier Park

With a Claim Issue Date of 18th July, and having done the Acknowledgement of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 20th August 2019 to file your Defence.

That's over two weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.

When you are happy with the content, your Defence should be filed via email as suggested here:
      Print your Defence.
    1. Sign it and date it.
    2. Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
    3. Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
    4. Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
    5. Log into MCOL after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not chase the CCBC until it is.
    6. Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to keep you under pressure.
    7. Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.
  • Ok thanks for the fast reply

What do you mean you have already done the defence

Do you mean you have added in a defence online?

Seems unlikely, as the OP said:

OP, you need to show us your defence BEFORE you send it using KeithP's instructions. Before you post your defence for critique, read the NEWBIE thread post # 2 from here: -
Here are some cases won or in progress:
