Yep, the Registered Keeper appeals, using the template as it is.
Landowner complaint is an important step at this stage though many don't seem to bother. The only thing that can take a little bit of work is identifying exactly who the landowner is but Google usually gets you there. Email the CEO if land management company but start with the manager if the landowner is a large retail outlet, moving on to their CEO swiftly if no joy.
It's a complaint + strong request for cancellation. The way you describe what happens in your opening post makes the situation pretty clear to anyone with a brain, do the same only more so. Reference money spent / habitual custom.0 -
In my view if the dates you have given us are correct and it is not a lease car, they have failed the POFA requirement for ANPR to notify you in 14 days. Look up "OUT OF TIME" in other threads.
That being the case, you don;t need the standard blue template, as failing POFA dates lets the registered keeper off any liability, as long as they don't admit to who was driving. Far cleaner appeal than he standard one that relies on other factors when there is no clear winning point such as out of time.0 -
Hey , what was the outcome of this ticket ? We also parked in June and recieved a fine , we believed it was still park and pay when leave no clear signage to suggest otherwise , do you still have the photo of the sign with no date provided for the "upcoming " change on how to pay ?0
