PO Credit Card no instant decision - rejected?

Hi, this afternoon I made an online application for the Post Office Credit Card. After submitting the application, I got a message to this effect, "We are unable to provide you with an instant decision on your application. We will write to you in the next 5 days to inform you of our decision." Does it mean I am rejected?…

Just to inform you all of my application, if anyone's interested.

Got rejected by PO, which is due to credit score. I think reasons include not being in the UK for 3 years yet, being a student, and only holding credit accounts as much as 2 years.

Looks like I'll still be paying for my overseas credit card spending then!
