And the good news.  I see we now have a Customer Service Analyst on our cases: email received 19 October-
"Good afternoon Mr Ramage, thank you for your email.
Unfortunatley i am unable to locate the postal transfre form, however i chekced the details attached and logged the remaining transfer to be processed/reviewed.apologies for thedelay and thank you for your understanding
    Kind Regards Mani Nasseri-Chahpar"   Customer Service Analyst   | Direct: +44 (0)20 7 562 8025  | Mani.Nasseri-Chahpar@iticapital.com"

Unfortunatley, Mani seems to be operating a  different monthly calendar to the rest of us:- ------------------- Original Message -------------------

"From: MR JAMES RAM;     Received: Sun Oct 11 2020   Subject: Re: James Ram SC 361Master ac 304

I did not send any Original message about this account on Sunday 11 October.
I DID however email ITI on 11 September and that was received and responded to the same day by my old friend Pras:-
"Dear Mr Ram***, Thank you so much for forwarding the transfer form.I have forwarded the form to the Transfers team Sir".

Following which my account was finally transferred to iWeb on 21 September.

So I have responded to Mani and respectfully suggested that he might turn his expert attention to my partner's account which remains in ITI limbo, rather than attending to mine, which was sorted out a month ago!

What next with these people I wonder?
PS  I shall be rather disappointed if Mani manages to get my account transferred back from iWeb to ITI Capital- but nothing would surprise me afer 3 months of this!

  • emailed mani now to ask about sorting out my transfer, not holding my breath

I have practised as an Accountant all over the world for fifty years and NEVER
seen such a level of incompetence. It takes real talent to be this incompetent! I think when they tell us they are trying to act in our best interest they seriously believe that they are! Last Fri i received the following email:

    "Hi
    {Name removed by Forum Team},

I'm contacting you on behalf of ITI Capital to welcome you to our services. I would usually phone you but your number is in Australia, hence the email.

I'm an investment adviser here to help you with any queries about your investments since the recent migration from SVS to ITI.

ITI aims to offer a more holistic approach than you have previously had, offering both brokerage and advisory services to help you get the most from your portfolio.

We also have a range of model portfolios if you might be interested, which can provide a variety of risk levels, income and growth according to your investment objectives. I can send you some information about these if you would like to read it.

In the mean time, I hope you have been able to log in to the Phoenix platform to view your holdings.  If you need help then please get back in touch.

Our brokerage desk can be reached on +44 203 889 8355.

    Best wishes,

    {Name removed by Forum Team}"

    I forwarded it on to
{Name removed by Forum Team} copied to my usual list (Oleg, LSE,FOS, FCA & LC) with the following message:

Dear {Name removed by Forum Team},

Doesn't anyone at ITI Capital talk to one another? Please see email below from {Name removed by Forum Team} which was in my mailbox this morning.

Honestly ITI are their own worst enemies. You make a rod for your own back.

Nine weeks after the deadline of July 23rd I still hadn't got online access to my securities, cash  accounts or Phoenix, so as you know, I gave up the battle and moved to Swissquote.

ITI must have lost the business of hundreds of SVS clients as a result?

    A hard lesson to learn?

    regards,

    Is that update from Iweb?
  • Looks like my wife has received £15.11 in SLA dividends but mine have not appeared.
The only way to tell where the dividend is from in Qort is to keep a tally on balances. The cash transactions tab do not reflect the £15.11 dividend so it's all a bit of a faff.
  • Any idea why my negative Quort balance has become less negative (and not by the SLA dividend value(?

shiznit76 :  I haven't checked with IWEB this week , but nothing was received last week.
In early September ITI did send valuations as part of bulk valuations to IWEB but it only contained items that were left in SC accounts after  migration  to PX accounts.Since then IWEB has been writing to ITI  to send full valuations from both SC and PX accounts every 2 weeks but has  not received any response.
I  have  also written nearly   every week to ITI but haven't had any response.

Got this message today, holding my breath i ain't

    thank you for your email.

Our transfer team has been in touch with IWeb and is in the process of agreeing a settlement date for your stock.

The withdrawal is also being processed and will include the recent divided received.

apologies for the late response and thank you for your understanding.

Sorry, we can't answer any questions that include the word "why" at the start.

My Qort account was doing double figures for everything last night.

    You despair don't you.....?

November approaching fast, the fourth month of zero communications from ITI Capital. I still have one of my two Phoenix accounts waiting to be opened. The dividend saga is a black hole of confusion and transfer requests are trapped in a pit of silence.

This won't all be done by Christmas (2020). I'll start worrying about Christmas 2021 too.....
