@Jamesram
I see that my SLA shares were also migrated to Phoenix on September 2nd....consequently, there are no accruals for the SLA dividend showing in the accruals report.

I'm hazarding a guess that if a share went ex dividend before 26th August 2020, then it will be paid into Qort.
Here's a list of shares that I hold where I expect dividends will not be "visible" and will be paid into Qort. Obviously not a definitive list.
The date is ex-dividend (not the record date - the record date is what is important but the XD is close enough).PNN 23/07/2020 BNKR 23/07/2020 SEQI 23/07/2020 NCYF 23/07/2020 AAIF 30/07/2020 HINT 30/07/2020 MNKS 30/07/2020 CTY 30/07/2020 DIG 06/08/2020 TFGS 03/08/2020 GBDV 03/08/2020 ULVR 06/08/2020 SOI 06/08/2020 JUP 06/08/2020 DLG 13/08/2020 DGE 13/08/2020 RIO 06/08/2020 BP 13/08/2020 RDSB 13/08/2020 AV 13/08/2020 LGEN 13/08/2020 PHNX 13/08/2020 SLA 20/08/2020 SDRC 20/08/2020 BRNA 20/08/2020 IMB 20/08/2020

Still waiting to see my SLA dividend appear. I now have a phoenix account, though nothing actually in it, having been promised on 3 occasions now it'll be 2-3 working days over the past 3 weeks.0

An update that might give hope. I have just checked my joint HL account held with my wife and the cash has been transferred in full from ITI.3
-
2 of my 10 accounts moved to HL about 2 weeks ago but still no cash transferred. The other 8 accounts are completely stuck and ITI are not only not actioning the transfers but they are refusing to communicate with me or HL to update on progress. I am now into week 11 of the transfer request which is ridiculous!They are also breaking all the rules on dividend payments as they are failing to record them on any system that clients can see. So RDSB did work out correctly with a payment date of 21/9 and these are recorded on the system but Aviva (24/9) and BP (25/9) are nowhere to be seen so ITI are clearly in breach of LSE and FCA rules unless i am mistaken.0

Another email fired off to ITI this afternoon. Having found my MP's 2 email addresses i would be very surprised if ITI just continue to ignore all communication as they are clearly breaking many rules:
Chris,
Are you planning to give me the courtesy of a reply?
As you can see I have now copied my member of parliament for Esher & Walton, Dominic Raab, on this message and I am planning to update him on the details of this scandal next week. I suggest it may be prudent for you to follow up this request rather just continuing to ignore it. I am also copying the FCA as the case manager has asked me to keep them updated following my complaint (Case Ref #:206870317).
Thank you

I've also reported the lack of visibility of dividends to the FCA - case reference 206838351.
I've also got a FOS case reference number but I will refrain from publishing that number.
I've heard nothing back from my MP....0 -
Have just followed previous advice (thank you) and sent a third follow up email to cashwithdrawal@iticapital.com, suitably worded, to attempt to extract the cash from my account (shares already transferred to iWeb) but like everyone else, not the cash - unfortunately will have to repeat this exercise should my BP dividend and GSK (due tomorrow....some hope) ever appear. I noticed today that the last 4 communications from ITIC went straight into my 'spam' box......obviously my computer is more intelligent than I thought !!! Bog standard letters received back from the FCA, FOS after my last tirade to them and as yet no response from David Moss or LC - my MP, Tobias Ellwood, (Bournemouth East) has promised to contact the FCA on our behalf but not getting out the bunting yet.
