SVS Securities - shut down?

Hi guys An update from ITI capital.
They have upheld my compliant and 
I have just been offered a payment from ITI capital for  distress and inconvenience of £150.

I assume therefore I can’t go any further if I accept this offer with the FOS.

Don’t think I should accept this offer as it’s in my opinion too low.

This is what I received this morning from Jarvis about my transfer 

“ Good Morning,

 

Thank you for your email.

 

The current situation is that ITI Capital wish to transfer clients accounts in ‘bulk’ this is due to the significant amount of outstanding transfers that have accrued.  As your account was what we have been described as a ‘Phoenix Account’ it has been requested that all phoenix accounts be transferred once the bulk transfer is complete.  There have been no delays on our part, we have responded to every email from ITI Capital within hours, unfortunately, their replies at times have taken almost 3 weeks.

 

Although we cannot provide you with an exact timescale we hope to complete the stock transfers within the next month.  Once we see the transfer as complete we will send you an email as confirmation.”

I sent an email to ITI Capital last week and they replied as 

“ I have contacted the Operations Team who are in charge of the transfers and unfortunately they are still waiting for Jarvis to agree your valuations statement.

 I am very sorry for yet another delay.”

Don’t know what is going on.

I've just sent off 2 more emails to the F.O.S. under complaint PNX-3839658-Q3Z8. I am highlighting the emails from ITI that say "thanks for your enquiry etc" but we all know are not traceable. 

I'm waiting until the 14th to not hear from D Moss and then I will be mentioning the treatment of dividends as well.

Surprisingly, Shell dividends have been processed already. Atleast a few folks have said they are able to see the cash.

Imperial brands is another - due 30th sept still not there on 6th October.i have imp’s in my iWeb Account as they were there in my account on the same day,go figure?

Has anyone else been offered compensation from ITI capital regarding there complaints?

The only way out of this liability of a complete shambles, must be to Reverse out with highly cost again to the Tax payer.
L&C and others hiding up, should be ashamed of themselves.
There role was to find a suitable broker for the ex clients of SVS and the result is to find the poorest quality and least desirable broker on the plant. 
Well done L&C and the rest of you all at the so called committee for spending so much hard work and time for letting many persons trust you.

Legal and General was due on 25 Sep, no sign yet

My OH has used brookers for a while we have a joint account and the previous one bellied up a few years ago and I have posted that here. We have used SVS in the past and were lucky we held no shares or cash there. Reading this thread is incredible  - I feel for you guys so please report to the FO. They too are slow but imo worth it.
