I got a message on Friday saying that my Phoenix account would be up and running in 2-3 days, then the same message yesterday. I'm with Bodrum, just starting to seem like a scam.

And report to the police for what? It is thus far all civil and the police will not take action. I wonder if you can bring a private prosecution for breach of the CASS rules? I think a judicial review of the FCAs conduct is also a thought. But who can afford it?

So I've sent a replay back to ask why they can reply so quick to a potential new client but why not a current customer who has on more than one occasion requested a cash withdrawal but so far ITI Capital have been unwilling to pay out
I've worded the email to leave in no uncertain terms that yet another formal complaint will made in order to gain compensation, redress from the F.O.S. if they don't pay out my cash.

Will the guy in question reply back so promptly as before!

Has anyone managed to get any kind of response or managed to trade successfully? 
When i do phone - there is a ton of noise in the background, like its a room full of people on phones. Whoever i speak to cannot answer any questions and just fobs me off to go speak to 'Accounts Management' - the phone number has no pickup and the email no response.
I don;t even have a Phoenix trading login details or a way of getting these

How on Earth was this company selected from the reported list of 120 possible companies by Leonard Curtis? It just feels like we have gone from one cowboy operator SVS to -> ITI

Oh not it is not (at the moment).  Where is your evidence that ITI "permanently intended to deprive" you of your securities and cash?  None there - negligent/confused/crazy and unprofessional yes.  Theft (at least at the moment) no

Hi anyone willing to help I have just received my securities transfer order but it’s so complicated am unable to fill it in have tried my transfer broker an d no reply from Iti  I can give you my phone number any help would be very much appreciated...

Apologies all - I just joined, I see that MF11 and a few others have said that you have managed to get your ordinary shares transferred away. 
It would be most helpful if you could list the process you went through to achieve this. I do have a HSBC trading account that i would love to get all my shares transferred over to. 
Any assistance much appreciated as so far its been very stressful and frustrating

Thank you My2penneth for info on completing W-8BEN form - duly completed together with Self Certification form and joint application form, but I drew the line at sending any further ID, they already have that in bucketloads - now waiting on response! Have contacted iWeb today re. transfer of our other three accounts - transfer forms went in 5 weeks ago.  Current status - valuation received by iWeb for just one of these accounts, appears to be correct, iWeb still waiting on transfer dates from ITI.  No valuations yet received by iWeb from ITI on other two accounts - just sent an email to Alex Levy whose name has popped up a few times and has been mentioned previously on this forum and requested his intervention - watch this space.  3 x Cash withdrawal requests sent on 13 September have not yet been actioned.  Don't know how long I can keep this up - according to the bible I have already passed my 'sell by date' so all a bit worrying.  This forum has been a god-send - thank you to everyone who has contributed.
