it might be worth emailing Cavalho regarding the 30 days and asking him how HIS company are going to achieve this..

I'd have the complaint letter ready.

Regarding the transfer of an ISA away from ITI Capital specifically: https://www.gov.uk/individual-savings-accounts/transferring-your-isa

This suggests that a Stocks and Shares ISA should be transferred within 30 days, and that people should complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service about delays. With COVID-19, you might add a week or two to that but the 30 days is probably supposed to be generous.

    edit: better link
It actually says you should complain to your ISA provider about a transfer taking longer than 30 calendar days, and if you are unsatisfied with their response you can take it up with the FOS (subject to the usual requirement to receive a final response or wait 8 weeks after making the complaint). The clock starts ticking when your ISA transfer request is accepted, and this may be rejected if you have not completed your water-boarding. Said complaint would need to be against your new ISA provider unfortunately.
So when will I know that my ISA transfer request is accepted ?
Your new provider should keep you informed. Based on the steps outlined by leonde on the previous page, it would be "Transfer documents received" that would start the clock, providing there were no errors on the form that led it to be subsequently rejected. Other providers will have a slightly different process, such as online submission where the request can be verified and processed immediately.

Someone was asking about VOD dividend payments earlier . Not received into my ITI Crapital accounts. The have arrived in my iWeb account.

(I've also noticed two sums of cash both in GBP. I think one figure relates to monies transferred from SVS via Leonard Curtis and the other might be dividends accrued since the transfer date -- just a guess, not as though we will be told)

FSCS and L&C do not want to know, just say keep trying, I strongly believe that ITI are the scape goats now.
Changed password today, ghost in the last one, I very much doubt that one now ?
Still unable to to even log in with new password.

While that's very annoying, it does not prevent you initiating your transfer out. You would need to have got as far as accepting ITI's terms of business. An account number is not necessarily essential, as transfers can in theory be completed using your National Insurance number, though it would be best not to give ITI reasons for not processing the transfer if it can be avoided. You will be able to monitor progress via your new provider - your investments and cash will begin appearing if progress is made.
While LC had some responsibility to choose a broker that was capable of taking on the task, the High Court, FCA and Creditors' Committee all agreed with their choice. LC's responsibility for the situation ended when the assets were transferred (except for those clients, if any, who expressed their wish not to be transferred to ITI. Those investors would need to await further options to regain access to their investments).
  • I still have not heard diddley from (sh)ITI except for one bizarre email asking me how they could help.  I replied (a week ago) but got no response.  I did get a reply from Leonard Curtis in which they provided me with my (sh)ITI account numbers.  I have now asked my existing broker to transfer my two accounts in to them.  Hopefully this will all happen without me needing to create an account online with (sh)ITI.  I'll let you know how it works.

The usernames I have received have been in the form of
ITI1234  (ITI in capitals, no spaces, and a bunch of numbers).

The passwords have been random characters like p$B%68ZF   - noting that they mix up lower and upper case in the passwd.

I use the peek facility (the "eye" at the end of the input line) to verify that what I have typed in is correct.

Have you tried using the original CRM link sent to your email address, not the public website, to sign in, using the CRM login ID not your email address, and your new password.  If you received a confirmation email saying your password has been changed then only your new password will probably work.
