It seems dividends since 23rd july ( transfer date) haven't been credited.
Can't say I'm surprised. In my case VOD is the first divi due since the transfer to ITI but I have several due later this month.

I wonder how many of the same emails has Mr Carl Lever sent out on his PR spin.

I'm trying to create a Phoenix account as this seems to be the only way I might actually be able to sell and all I get is some error message .. 5 of them so far that as far as I can see doesn't relate to anything I've entered or selected. All 5 support activities remain unanswered, so have emailed their customer support address and included Leonard Curtis. This just seems like an utter farce. Will let you know if I hear anything.
Support activities unanswered, no Phoenix accounts, time to move on.
I have just requested that my accounts be closed and transferred to my new broker and cash deposited into my bank account. This was done via email and then using the portal. ITI portal requires id, proof of address and signed withdrawal/transfer form. Hopefully, they will action this in a timely manner.
    .......
Don't hold your breath!  I submitted my "immediate closure of ITI account and transfer-out without on-boarding" on Tuesday 4th and the account details page still says: "You request for closing ITI account has been sent successfully.  We will get back to you soon".

Just logged in to both mine and wifes accounts (2 isa 2 trading accounts) everthing in order,
but im stuck what to do,as iti WONT answer e mails!!

Do i have to tick all box at page showing my accounts?

You need to confirm and accept the points below only in case you are transferring your holdings and opening account with ITI Capital
Im going to be transferring everything out anyway, but not sure if i have to join them by ticking all box, uploading all security, stuff etc, if im only going to be moving out anyway???

Any answers greatly appreciated,  thanks  Jools
  • Progress update.....

7 calendar days after opening my first of three Phoenix accounts the first is now live. Sadly this is the one I created myself rather than awaiting a link to a connected SCxxxx account.

The next two linked Phoenix accounts were set up on 6th Aug and yesterday in the evening responding to email invites, so the 48hr timeclock will run out tonight for the first and early next week for the second.....

Hopefully my holdings will appear in these two linked holding accounts so that I can trade. The Phoenix does look a lot simpler when following the link in the email invite as mentioned previously on here.

just opened up account and traded on iweb, took minutes and no onboarding nonsense.
@my2pennyworth, have you asked for your transfer before completing onboarding ? I fear i will do this and ITI will claim i don't have an account to transfer

Looks like this is what is keeping ITI busy -

Although why they are launching another new platform is anybody's guess.

I sent my forms off to iWeb and they confirmed receipt of requests on 31/7/20 and 1/8/20 (strange as I sent the forms in 1 envelope).  I have given iWeb my SC numbers which I was told by one of ITI staff that is our account number and won't change.
We shall see! It is slightly concerning that ITI are now opening new PX account numbers !!

edit .. if very few/no one  has a live  Phoenix account then they must be withdrawing money out of their SCxxxx accounts?

I sent a withdraw request for cash on 4th August (after trading hours). The cash is still sat in my accounts on 7th August at 2pm.

I somehow don't think this is going to arrive with 2 days.

Do you need do paper copies of the transfer forms, not an online version?
Did you have to select "Broker Not Found" in their Broker search option?
