It’s a joke, and not a funny one!

Great to find this forum and see I'm not alone in my confusion and frustration. Did anyone else find that the ID verification was on an unsecure website? There were so many scam red flags (the phone line going to an O2 voicemail as well - even in a pandemic, that should not be happening in a properly run business) that I didn't go any further with the onboarding. I've emailed and contacted the FCA. Not sure what to do next.

Right, I’ve definitely decided to transfer out of iti.
My wife’s account has started on boarding, But her Isa account shows error, as a previous poster has mentioned, so don’t know what’s going on there!
i have still not been sent log in details for my account!
anybody go advise on the best (fastest) way to transfer out? Probably into ii.

Can somebody please confirm that the ITI account number is the same as the SVS one with the letters SC in front of it?

It is as I have thought ITI wants FX traders and not simple XO share ISA shareholders
The fact that they are unable to on board AND GIVE NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT must worry everyone.

Anyone aware of an ADR fee for dividends with SVS ? I have checked my latest available statement and I can see they have charged me a hefty fee for that. Anyone have the SVS terms handy or been charged a similar fee ?

I`ve completed a transfer form on the ii website.
ITI don`t do electronic transfer so you have to complete the form online then print it, out sign it, and return it to ii.
If you haven`t already got an ii account it can be opened online, including  ID, in minutes, in joint names if you want.

I think ITI are going to  be disappointed with the number of customers it retains.  I suspect that many old SVS customers are buy/hold/speculate a bit ..nothing too fancy.

I certainly don't want to be charged £250 per annum simply for ITI to look after a £100k ISA share holding. (at 25 bps).

I have been using Hargreaves Lansdown for about six months now and it is a very good platform for just trading, especially for infrequent customers like myself. I will probably transfer my holdings to them.
