Nothing to hide but still won’t answer the question of how the money was taken/spent...====0 -

That’s a bit rude! You’ve failed to answer basic questions that could allow people to offer better advice and you can just get rude and shout about trolls?
What do you think gives you the right to be quite so offensive?====0 -

The transactions were nothing to do with me and I did not know about them until it was too late, the said lodger had !!!!!!ed off from my home by the time I had realised. I was stupid enough to leave my bank card in my home. This is why I said that I gave up fighting for the money as the bank would clearly just claim that I was stupid to allow someone else access to the card.
So your friend didn’t use your phone, they used your bank card that you left where they could take it?
This story is getting even more confusing...====0 -
Soon as I read this thread, it read impossible.
Something wasn't right and saying you'd not report it if you had done it yourself is worthless.
Many a criminals have done just that, to try and make it look like they can't be a suspect.
I warn you now, if you report this to Police and get found out to be the person who committed fraud, a CIFAS marker will be the least of your worries.
You'll be looking as fraud by misrepresentation, wasting time and also possibly offences - prison!
Not that someone with your level of capacity is bothered because after all, you've done nothing, yet you haven't given the facts as requested and finally, Jim wasn't backing you, he was on about you, wearing your Cifas badge that you earned.
Your gamble to screw the bank backfired on you, quit while you still are free and not in a cell.0 -
Th fact op is covering their tracks means they are in the wrong. Least someone else posted their OP.
OP karma sucks and you certainly got it"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
