Maybe they have two template letters ready. One to say they have entered a CCJ against you and one to apologise as it was an "administrative error" once you challenge them! I'd hate to be the poor administrative assistant who gets the blame!0

Well today I received a letter in the post from bwlegal stating "We can confirm that any letter received by yourself stating that County Court Judgement has been entered against yo,u has been sent in error as an administrative error and we have not entered a Judgement against you."
Absolutely unbelievable! Absolutely shocking way to behave and was clearly a very standard letter that has been sent out many times. I will as above be reporting them to the SRA.
administrative error
Does anyone believe this ????
This is a scam whereby they scare people by offering a 40% discount. I would say this is fraud
How many people are falling for this ??
BWLegal must be stopped and they now need an investigation into their operating system TO DISCOVER just how many people they are attacking.
Whilst you are complaining to the SRA, you can copy your letter to
Credit Services Association (CSA)
https://www.csa-uk.com/page/codesandstandards
The CSA work closely with the financial services regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
https://www.fca.org.uk/
AND ... you must advise the Ministry of Justice, The Rt Hon Robert Buckland QC MP as the courts must be advised

Advising the Editor of the Daily Mail would be good
We simply cannot have a regulated legal firm who does not know what they are doing0 -
If you have spent time dealing with this sent them an invoice costed at £10 an hour. When they ignore it send them a letter before action

You then have up to six years to enter a claim. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
