Did they not allow you to return the whole package?0

It's deceitful at best. They're using clever accounting to duck out refunding what any normal person would have considered the mattress cost.
Sharp practice in my opinion.0 -
What they should be saying is
If you buy the extras we will reduce the cost of the mattress.
Just shows how much mark up there is if they can reduce it by that much and still make a profit.0 -
The OP got a confirmation email invoice outlining the full, itemised breakdown of each item. I don't see any sharp practice there. They could've quite easily cancelled the contract then and there if they weren't happy.whitegoods_engineer wrote: »It's deceitful at best. I agree. It would have been sharp practice if the itemised prices were only revealed after the OP's right to cancel their online order had passed. OP could have cancelled the whole order once they had seen the breakdown. I think I would have done once I'd seen how much I'd actually paid for those pillows and topper "bargains".The OP got a confirmation email invoice outlining the full, itemised breakdown of each item. Had a Simba mattress for over 2 years now. Couldn't fault it. Nor could I fault their customer service when 14 months in it had a slight defect. Sent pictures and the next day they delivered a brand new one and collected the old one.tylerduffy123 said:Simba are a marketing company. There mattress should retail for around £250 for the quality of it. There fantastic branding and marketing is what makes the product seem a lot more expensive than it actually is. I would recommend to go to your local bed store. They will be the best people to help you find the best mattress for you. Simba, casper, eve, nectar are all the same. AVOID!!

Which I'm sure has nothing at all to do with the spam you're posting on the forum.tylerduffy123 said:Its just my personal opinion really.0 -
tylerduffy123 said:Its just my personal opinion really. I know people who have purchased simba, eve and nectar and really wasnt impressed with the quality for the money you pay. I always think that the best mattress you can buy is a pocket spring and natural filled mattress. These are similar prices and feel like heaven. I brought a Fenton and Farleigh Natural Supreme 1000 mattress from ownfurniture.co.uk. Have had it for 3 months and never slept so good in all of my life!!Funny how every post you have made so far has been on threads about matresses. Seems like you are trying to promote ownfurniture. Especially with your recent thread about there discounts available.1
