We’ve now received the questionnaire in the post and will be returning this ASAP. Also today in the post received a copy of the PCC’s questionnaire. I’m a little surprised by some of their answers:
A) they’ve ticked YES to referring the case to mediation. Am I correct in thinking I’m not to go down this route? They’ve written zero witnesses to give evidence. Does this mean they won’t be attending??

As you might well imagine, there is good guidance in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread on exactly how to answer every single question on that form.0

read the bargepole summary in the NEWBIES thread (you will be told to go there a lot, especially as he wrote it a few years ago) - read how many times you have been told this already , lol
your DQ is emailed to the same address as the defence, do not fill theirs in at all , use the one supplied by the CCBC, learn the steps by reading the bargepole posts , so you know what to expect, because you should have expected the DQ to arrive and planned for it0 -
Oh yes sorry I think you’ve misunderstood me. I have read the sticky and know what to do with our questionnaire. I was just commenting that I’m surprised by the answers that they’ve put on THEIR questionnaire!0

they are trying to fool you , just file their biased DQ and follow what KeithP and bargepole say , ignore the fairy stories0

But you did ask...cherylwales wrote: »...they’ve ticked YES to referring the case to mediation. Am I correct in thinking I’m not to go down this route?0

Sorry I think I just worded my first message badly!0

I’ll be completing and submitting our questionnaire in accordance with the guidance on the sticky page0

except BP would expect you to post it , but things have moved onto emailing the defence and then the DQ , so you fill in and email the CCBC DQ, not post0
