Selling leftover Japanese currency to Tesco, Sainsburys

I recently came back from a holiday in Japan and have quite a bit of left over yen.
Looking on travelmoney.moneysavingexpert.com/holiday-money
Sainsburys and Tesco have best rates, is it simply a case of me just taking my yen down to these supermarkets and selling them for UK currency?

Buy rates and Sell rates will differ. The spread between the two can vary significantly.0
