Parking fine in company car

I have been given a parking ticket whilst in a company car,
My company sent the NTK on to me to which I have contacted the one parking solutions to say I'm appealing it and to give me the information of who there client is. The land its self is behind my property.
One parking solution are insisting I only contact ZZPS who have now added more costs to the fine.
One parking solution seem to just ignore my requests for any information even after saying for the purpose of this ticket I'm the "keeper'.
What do I need to do to get them to give me the required information?
Thanks

You won't get that information from ops
Your company should have named the hirer or lessee to OPS so that an NTH comes in your name, in order to follow POFA, at the moment your company is still liable due to not doing so
The NTH will come in your name, then you deal with it
The Land Registry will give you the details you require for a small fee0 -
So I should tell my company to name me as the driver on OPS's NTK?0
-
No definitely not , your company and ops have no Idea who was driving unless some fool tells them who it was
I said hirer or lessee , I deliberately did not use the word driver
So tell them to name the hirer or lessee , depending on the contract between them and you
Words matter, and too much info can damage your wallet0 -
Complain to the PPC's trade body, the BPA or the IPC and also to your MP as nine times out of ten these tickets are scams.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
As you are aware, the advice throughout here is never to reveal who was driving
You need to edit your OP to remove details of who was driving
The ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you in Court0 -
you can see the same hirer/lessee , plus the RK not naming them confusion in this recent thread and saga
