Adjustable bed uncomfortable-do I have any rights?

My current mattress has no springs - all foam. 5cm of memory foam above 18cm of foam.
Incredibly comfortable and supportive.
Not as heavy as a sprung one either, which also benefits my back!0 -
Thanks all. After a conversation with customer care, I'm going to persevere, slept better last night although I was so flipping tired I should have! Once slept on a Tempur memory foam mattress,it was heavenly, but also rather warm. I think needing a firm mattress for back trouble is a bit of an old chestnut, it's more about support. I have a soliosis so my ribs cage is very un-symetrical, my left back is quite flat but my right is very rounded (bit humped) it means I frequently can't get comfortable, hoping this bed is going to help!0

hope it works out for you - perhaps you can pop back on this thread in say 4 or 5 weeks and let us know0

You should go back to the showroom and try that one again, to see if it really is different.
If so, check the label, and see what’s changed.0
