Solar panels tariff

1.7K Posts

MIL died recently and my wife and here sister have to sell house which had solar panels installed in 2011 and she was getting .53p ish feed in tariff
My sister in law insists that the when new owners have completed the transfer of ownership that they will get the same .53p ish.....which is where we disagree,i am certain its now nearer 5p but a decent bottle of wine is at stake
If I'm wrong i will hold my hands up and bow to my sister in laws superior financial wisdom.....but going by the fact that money pours through her hands like water, has no financial sense whatsoever plus she hasn't got a pot to p...s in makes me almost certain
So if anybody has any links to tariffs for new owners it will be most welcome I've looked but cant find anything

The Feed In Tariff is paid at the original rate(plus inflation) for the remainder of the 25 year term. It is the system that is registered
