OK, as long as you are happy that your V5 is correct as the parking scammers get info from the DVLA

We don't know who safe parking is, we know every parking scammer

I just wonder if this is yet another new scam trying to get your bank details.

Going to court requires a lot of hoops to go through so I would take no notice of idiots.

If they phone again, try to find out just who they are, play games with them, your name is Mr C. Opper
  • I listen to call again its smart parking the ones who called my bad sorry.

Smart Parking ? those idiots but ..... I doubt it is was them, it was more likely a crazy debt collector acting for them, or as I suspect a new scam trying to get your bank or credit card details

As said, wait now, if it's real you will soon know
  • Hi hope so I will wait on another call or summons ty all for your help.

A summons from a private parking firm? LOL, heck no.

A court claim from Smart? Highly unlikely.

Block the number and send Smart a SAR like the NEWBIES thread shows you, to flush out those letters and see what the scam is about. You won't be paying.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
