They are all cocky ..... braindead more likely
Have you moved house since May last year. Is your car doc, V5, up to date at your current address0 -
'Safe Parking'. Is that the full name of the parking company? On a quick check of the BPA and IPC AOS lists, I don't see them. Can you give us more info on them please?
Please note, there's no need to panic, they cannot just 'take you to court'. There's a specific procedure to follow, and even if they started that today, it would be near to Christmas before it ever came before a Judge.
If I was you, I'd do the following, to try to narrow things down. Let us know the outcome, please.
You should email the DVLA and ask which organisations (when and for what reason) accessed the registered keeper's data from them between a range of dates which includes the date(s) of the parking incident(s). You need to provide the registered keeper's full name and address, the address on the V5C logbook and the Vehicle Registration Mark of the vehicle involved in the parking incident.
SubjectAccess.Requests@dvla.gov.uk
This service is free of charge.
Even though you email your request, the DVLA will respond via Royal Mail. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Probably, your driving licence details are not relevant , but your V5C is relevant
It's mandatory to update both asap, so do so if you haven't already
Please confirm the name and address of the PPC0 -

Updating your licence does not update your V5
If they have been sending to an old address you need to get this sorted.
So who phoned you, does your phone show the number0
