court papers arrived

Options
And now the end is near!
since 2015 premier parks have been chasing an outstanding parking ticket
i entered a car park at the back of a pub to pick up my dad and give him a lift home
i was there 17 mins, there were around 10 parking bays off to the right managed by premier parks which i presumed were there for people to use for a length of time (wrong!):(
when i entered the parking area they had the traditional pub signs ,one reading PARKING FOR PATRONS ONLY,which i would interpret as free parking (dad was in pub)so i have had the paper trail of letters from premier parks, wright hassle solicitors,bw legal, now northampton court papers
the interesting bit is that since 2017 the CAMERAS and PARKING signs have been removed from site, the pub has been closed for the last 3 months, currently boarded up....
have PREMIER PARKS been complacent in claiming this money,as circumstances have changed with their client and landowner, after all how can they pay the landlord his fee when he has upped tools and gone??
i have the usual phone call per day from BW legal
comments appreciated

the fact that its all gone now is irrelevant, it was all there on the incident date and PP have 6 years to bring this court claim

read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread , same as everyone else

and post the ISSUE DATE of the claim form below

then email a SAR to the DPO at PP asap with a pic of the claim form as proof of ID

thanks for the reply-whats an SAR who is the DPO, when you write PP do you mean premier park-i found some info on the forum about a district judge ruling in southampton court for abuse of process against BW legal she threw out their claim
  • A guide to all the acronyms can be found on the Newbies thread, post #5

    they also ticked mediation

These dodgy legals know that mediation is a cheapo way to a 50% win or lose with no egg on their faces

So when they tick this option, even in the crazy world they live in, they know they about to get another whooping in court.

    80% chance they will discontinue.

That's the problem with Robo claim outfits like BWLegal, they file rubbish claims with no clue of the facts. Then they try all sorts of tricks, discounts, mediation to placate themselves.

You have the facts so go forth and get them whooped in court again ........ don't forget your costs.

BWLegal are a very bad "carry on" film
