The point of the replies you have had is that rather than go without income while the MR is processed you are entitled (because you have HB with SDP) to claim old style income based JSA. As soon you you put an appeal in, assuming MR is unsuccessful, you can simply ask to be switched back to ESA.

Yes that’s what I’m going to do just spoke to JSA who took all my details and I told them about SDP so I’ve now got a appointment with job centre on Wednesday for a work focus interview what ever that is.. Thanks0
