Could be a contradiction, this has been known many times. Unfortunately, it's the recommendation at the very back of the report you need to look at. It's very rare for them to go against the report.

Total contradiction I think so to... I won appeal last year and I think I have read that if you have won a appeal previously and your condition has got worse you can still receive esa has any one read or heard of this... Thanks

I'm not sure where you've read this but unfortunately it's not correct. If you're found fit for work your ESA will stop.

Even if they do not think there is a substantial risk if you are found fit for work you may still be in the Support Group if you meet one of the Support Group descriptors. See my post #5.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

If there's no point to recommend then they won't be in the report.

What you need to look at is the page where it says LCW and LCWRA information and that's where the recommendation will be. This is exactly where the recommendations are in my report, that was completed in October 2018.

In mine it says "the client was found to meet the criteria for limited capability for work and work related activity in the area of mobilising"

I agree but if there's a LCWRA recommendation, it will say this in the report.

Thanks everyone I just think with my mobility issue of walking the 45m to the assessment room and stopping 3 times due to pain may still get me in the support group and the assessor states that on the report. I use crutches also which she stated here’s keeping my fingers crossed even if they kept me in the WRAG which I’ve been for the last year it’s just such a worry the waiting.

Mine just says would not be a substantial risk if they were found capable of work or work Related Activity.
