    I have emailed them and it may be that that they will assist me by contacting the parking company. I have spoken with them on the phone though and hold no hope that they will contact them however.

    Sunroom in the OP says "we lived" and "I had been a resident for eighteen months"

    If my partner moved in with me (luckily she won't as I'd probably be dead really quickly!) - whoever owned what there is no way I would regard her as a visitor.
