what ive learnt from reading this forum over the years is that there is always a way

You’re looking at other people’s issues again and trying to make them comparable to yours.
Or loopholes, as you’ve posted before.

You need rock solid proof. Which you don’t have.

i do have proof. I have my paperwork. But that is not the issue!

The issue is how i go about doing anything if the company is dissolved and i cannot contact them
  • You don’t.

You apply to the court for a set-aside not the lender.

Yes but how will the court decide anything? They need to speak to the lender at some point and they cant
  • That’s down to the court to come to a conclusion on.

    Seriously just let it go.

I don't believe that paying the wrong amount would constitute grounds to have a judgement set aside.
I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

    I love my job

surley the fact they are now dissolved will look good in my favour as i cant even contest it with them
  • No.
Just because they’ve dissolved doesn’t constitute a debt being removed.
